Useless Accounts - absolute NON customer Service

We have 3 HD PVR's with extended view and a Holiday use decoder. Total cost R1425 per month.
In June 2013 We went on holiday to Durban and we had our holiday decoder connected for the period of our stay. In October 2013 our monthly debit order suddenly DOUBLED from R1425 to R2950 per month. Multichoice said it was because we did not cancel our holiday decoder yet I still have not witnessed the tape recordings that prove that this is the case and I swear blind that I DID cancel the holiday decoder.

The online accounts are in a shambles and are nearly impossible to decode. Their accounts staff are clearly clueless.

I have now emailed, phoned and personally gone into the customer care centre in Cape Town and after several heated and clearly worded discussions in person, on phone and email. Multichoice are still debiting differing amounts as well as the wrong amounts of money out of my account every month.

DO NOT SIGN A DEBIT ORDER WITH MULTICHOICE. It just allows them to money without recourse.

Shame on you Multichoice, you money out of my account over christmas and my childrens birthdays!!! you should be ashamed.
