Customer Number 42744384 [#3553272]On Thursday the 6th I drove 2 hrs to the customer centre in Cape Town. As the decoder we were using in hotel for guests were broken, we had a new spare decoder we bought a while back in case one of our decoders broke. I took our account nr's ECT and sat with a consultant for -90min to be told sorry we cannot help you need to contact commercial people in Johannesburg. They gave me an email which I must mail. So I'm already not pleased as I had to drive back again for 2 hours which meant 6hours of my time was wasted. I mailed the email address on Thursday with the letterhead and new decoder and smartcard nr as well as the old number which was provided to me by the Dstv people in Cape Town. But alas on the 7th still no Dstv I phoned the call centre had to wait about 30min for someone in commercial section to pick up, I was told the that the decoder will be activated the reference nr I was given was 133488847. And low and behold I received the following email; Dear DStv customer, CASE NUMBER: 3553272Thank you for contacting the DStv Commercial Activations & Sales Team.
