Cant do the simplest request! Post lodgemagazines

We have a lodge with 16 lodge package decoders active plus 1 bar decoder. All I am requesting is DSTV magazines to be posted to us monthly!!

My first email to magazines@multichoice was 9/1/2013 Ref 2981894. On 14/2/2013 Ref 3123403 I still had not received a reply to the first call.
on 26/4 I was told: We will add your address to the mailing list your first issues will be delivered in June.
on 20/6 I emailed that we received 1 magazine using a past ref no. on 25/6 they asked my customer no.
on 1/7 I tried customer care. Ref 3664568 and received: Thank you for your email. We apologise for the delayed response. We have escalated your query to the relevant department. You may contact them directly on (011) 289 2289 or e-mail : [Email Removed]
Since then I have managed to get one or 2 personal mail address via the phone and tried those and Customer Liaison Escalation and Customer Care Client Liaison and still nothing has changed.
It can't take 10 months to send magazines to us. But they can happily deduct thousands from us monthly!
This is not acceptable!
