On the 7th of September 2013 my fiance and I went to American Swiss Clearwaters and was assisted by a guy whose name I can't remember. He assisted us in buying wedding rings as we are getting married on 2 November 2013. Unfortunately the rings that we chose was small and we placed our orders for the rings to be enlarged. He took our ring sizes, measured our fingers and informed us that we need to pay the money into their bank account. We couldn't pay immediately as we have a limit on our bank accounts and can do a EFT, which my Fiance did on 12 September 2013. On Sunday, 15 September 2013, Hazel of American Swiss contacted us and left messages. Again on 16 September 2013 she contacted myself and informed me that the rings are ready for collection. My fiance attended at the store on 17 September 2013 but they could not find our rings. On 18 September 2013 Hazel contacted me again they couldn't find the rings and she forwarded pictures of the rings in store. We don't want other rings but the rings we ordered and paid. I think the service there is very poor and how can they miss place rings that was ordered and fully paid?
