As a commercial subscriber it is frustrating in sending an e mail to your department. we are now waiting more than 7 days to get a decoder card cancelled and changed to a new. I went into you customer care and this cannot be done unless on a letterhead but a bank account number could be changed without a letterhead. we have just purchased a business hence no letter head. After speaking to a line manager (Paul Masondo) all he can say is sorry call 011 2892284 which has a voice message. As a commercial customer how do we ensure that our guest receive service if we do not receive the same from multichoice. Mulichoice should train their staff to ensure that the problems are sorted out at their customer care as your commercial department is absolutely USELESS
