Wouldn't sell me a ticket

I wanted to go see the new Star Trek movie which started at 5:00pm, I arrived at the pay station one minute late and it wouldn't let me... I spoke to one of the ladies who worked there and she couldn't do anything about it. I asked if I could buy a ticket for a later show and just let me in with the 5:00pm one and they wouldn't allow it. Why don't you people want my money???
