Pay R116 to listen to other people's conversations

On 26 june we went to see Fast and Furious 6. In the row behind us the people were chatting and answering cell phones (the phones were not on silent). my husband asked them several times to keep quiet as we were trying to watch the movies. The people just ignored us. I went out and asked for the manager and was referred to a office with a lady sitting behind a desk. i explained the situation to her and she walked with me to the theatre. She then called another gentleman and explained to him that he must go and speak to the people. He came in and spoke to them, but i was unable to follow the conversation. He left and the people just kept on chatting and answering cell phones. i find this unacceptable!!! i can not pay R116 for two movie tickets to sit and listen to other people. The manager is not concerned about other patrons and bad behaviour is obviously not an issue for her! Ill rather stay at home and wait for the movie to screen on Box Office.
