Rude, confrontational staff at Ster Kinekor Cresta

The person at the ticket office said that I didn't have to pay for my son so I paid only for myself. When we handed in the ticket to get into the movie Sifisiso, who was checking them said that we had to pay for 2. My husband, who had walked us there on his way to work, objected. I asked if we could go in while they sorted it out, since the movie was starting. He refused to allow us in without a ticket even after my husband agreed to pay for a it as long as he let us in. While my husband was gone to pay I asked him again to allow us in. He was extremely rude in his refusal. When I asked to speak to a manager he told me I didn't need to and refused to call one. At that point I lost it and screamed so loudly for a manager that my husband came running from the ticket office. It turned out that there wasn't a manager on duty. One of the supervisors (Vincent) refunded my husband for 1 ticket while we my son and I watched the movie.
The money is not the issue. My problem is that the employee started off with a really rude and confrontational manner and then still had the audacity to refuse to let me see a manager when I was irate enough to demand one. That is completely unacceptable.
