Bad Attitude and Bad Service

Saturday (2/4/2013) when we got to the Ster Kinekor there were no customers at all, yet we still waited for service. Eventually the one called us and I asked her for 2 tickets to watch Klein Karoo and I took out my 2 for one card as well as my debit card - when she saw my 2 for 1 card she automatically told me that they can't accept that for the movie we wanted to watch - we asked her why but she could not reply (we never had problems with the 2 for 1 card before and watched all the other afrikaans movies with that card - Wolwedans, Die Wonderwerker and at every movie they accepted this card and only paid for ONE ticket) - she then asked her employee about the card where she also automatically shook her head - not even knowing which movie we were going to watch. I then said ok it is fine - can we please book our tickets she then told me that I can use the self help station. I told her I never used the self help station before - not understanding why she can't help us. She rudely showed me how to use the self help station grabbing my debit card out of my hands. 15min before movie started we went to get popcorn - there were only 2 people in front of us and yet wewere 10min late
