We went to Ster Kinekor last night to catch a movie.
This was the third time we were going to apply for the SK Discovery card, the first time we were advised to register online for it, that isn't possible.. the second time you wouldn't acccept cards and last night you didn't have cards available and couldn't give us a temporary card etc... so we ended up having to pay the full ticket amounts AGAIN...
Then standing in the line for snacks, we tried to get the man-size combo, but you were out of stock on the lunch bar and you're unable to switch the treat... while asking about the switching out of goods, the lady assiting us rolled her eyes and started talking to another lady behind the counter in an African language, obviously about us... HOW RUDE!!!
We were then given the run around about where to get the 3D glasses from.
This night out at the movies cost us R250!!! We don't ever expect great service, but to be treated so poorly was disgusting. Shame on you Ster Kinekor, perhaps some customer service training??
