Account issues due to instructions not followed

On the 27th of October 2012 we called multichoice in Springs on one of the employees cellphones to activate a smartcard that was used on a mobile dish for the week-end of the 26 to 28 October 2012. Instruction was given to close this on the Sunday of 28 October 2012. This was never done and the account stayed open. I picked this up in January 2013 when Multichoice deducted the accumulated amount from 27 Oct 2012 to Jan 2013. I went to Multichoice Springs and they said they must credit this due to the fact that they did not follow the instructions. I phoned the head office and they instructed me to go back to Multichoice springs... Issus is today I sit with an amount of R 2048 to be paid instead of the normal payment.
