Refund R1030.88 short!

I logded a complaint against Multichoice after I got many promises but no refund for payments deducted after my account was closed. The amount in question is R 1 288.60. Multichoice responed saying they would pay the refund and then deposited a cheque into my account for R257.72 - on which I had to pay deposit duty of R4.25! Once again - incredibly poor service!!!
The following debit orders were passed on my current account following the cancellation instruction confirmation of the 24th July 2012:

One would imagine that a company advertising their comunity projects actually would treat their community fairly - apparently I am naive!
