In Nov 2012 another person (unknown to me) activated a decoder on my name and account at Multichoice. I had deactivated my service in 2011 due to the fact that I had no need tor the decoder/service. I realised someone had done this when Multichoice money from my bank account (via a debit order) that I had not authorised them to take. On calling them they advised that it would be escalated to the Dept. To this day (3 month later and after I went into their office on the 31 Jan 2013) it is still being escalated and nothing has happened. I now need to activate my service and cannot. Unless I pay the bill that is not mine!!! I have been a customer of Multichoice since 1984. :( :( Maybe its time to go legal with this matter - MULTICHOICE MY MONEY AND DON'T KNOW HOW TO TREAT THEIR LONG TIME CUSTOMERS. Any other ideas from you out there as to how to deal with this???
