I was once in arrears with my account of which i knew but then i came to a point where i decided to settle the account which was sometimes October 2012 and November i paid for five months subscription and ever since then my dish would be closed and i have to pay a re-connection fee for their mistake and when i tried to reach them via email to launch a query which was begin of March 2013 all i got was stupid survey form and since then nobody has ever replied, after sending them an email i paid my five months subscription like before, only on Sunday my dish was off again and today i tried phone reached the customer care and asked to speak to the credit controller she tried to redirect my call but eventually there was a dead end, where by i have to leave my details on a stupid voice mail and most of all i don't understand why do we have to pay more money on calling Multichoice than your monthly subscription its self with just one phone call.
