I have a subscription with Multichoice, since I activated my account I never had any issues until one month my account was suspended so my connection was cut in August 2012 so therefore the following month I paid the balance in September 2012, I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle the I was told I am listed on ITC, I recieved my report in november and as soon as I saw the listing I called the call centre and I was told to leave a message and I will be contacted for the matter to be resolved, until today the 18th April 2013 I have not been contacted I feel my credit worthiness has been compromised by the Multichoice as now I wont be able to proceed with my life. It has been 8 months since I paid, I feel there are individuals who have been hired but yet incompetent to follow up on procedure and protocall. Koketso Mphahlele
