Sometime in oct 2012 i loaded a debit order with top tv via their call centre where the agent confirmed this initial traansction on account, nov the debit didnt go through then i called the call centre again and stated my problem which the agent also confirmed that she fixed it.de same story supervisor also confimed that it has been fixed only to experience same thing. On the 10th of dec i called about 6 times then a supervisor called Chester confirmed to have cancelled my subscription as i requested that. But guess what only after i disconected they went and debited my account. When I queried it the told me that my account is active. How so as I requested to cancel it, was i just wasting my time with all those calls??? then when i said they have to cancel it with emmeidiate effect they tell me i have to wait for the 1st while ive thrown that decoder away. then for all this calls i coudnt get any reference numbers. Then tonite i called with my airtime again. requested a call back where finally Irene called me back and confirmed that she cancelled my account and refund my money... lets see if i dont have to call again... high disapponited thats why they wont meet dstv standard
