Wont cancel my credit card

I spoke to African Bank in october to have my credit card cancelled, they said that they cant now because they need to add charges and need to call back after 25/10/2013 once debit order comes off. I then called back and said they need cancel the account they said i need to pay 30.00 and some charges. I dont want charges on my account as i dont use it. Then today i called again to have it cancelled, they said no i must call after 25/11/2013 once debit order for full amount go's off as they need to add more charges. This is totally unacceptable. I want my account cancelled today and then what ever amount of R150 is on there to taken via debit order. The agent said no, i asked for a manager and the agent said managers dont take calls. Can some one please cancel my account today and take the remainder via debit order.
