ILLEGAL BILLING

I once received a call from ITUMELENG who works for CREDIT CLEAR and he convinced that his company's job is to help people like me in clearing the names from credit bureau, he explained in a way that was difficult not to think of any other possible way to get out of debts. We agreed and he took my details and said they will debit R799 from my bank for 2months, he also left the numbers i can phone him on should i have a question. Then after i discussed the matter with my spouse and she was against the idea and asked me to cancel. After few days i called ITUMELENG but they told me that he was busy as they are receiving a large number of calls.i left my numbers but he didnt call for a week, i called again and they told the same story and said they can help me.i told them that i want to cancel, they transferred me to ANDRE who cancelled on the system and confirmed to me that it has been cancelled.i asked for reference number but he said there is no reference number and he promised that they wont debit anything from me. to my suprise they debited R799 from my account, now other account wont be able to debit cause of them. I WANT BACK MY MONEY
