NEVER GOING BACK TO NU METRO CINEMA!

On 18th January, with much anticipation, I took my parents to watch the newly released Les Miserables in Cinema 4 at Nu Metro in Walmer Park. Half way through the film, the reel order was messed up, one minute Eponine was a adult and then back to a child again! If you didn't know the story, it would have been impossible to follow. There was also no surround sound in the cinema. How can you put an award winning musical in a theatre with sound problems? The movie was then stopped and we were all given tickets to come back again. We duly went back the following weekend. The sound had still not been fixed and the last 20 minutes of the film was completely out of focus. What a disaster! I complained to the so called manager on duty who just looked at me and didn't say a word. I then phoned Nu Metro Head Office and was promised that the manager of the Walmer branch would phone me. Nothing yet. I phoned again and was told the Regional Manager would phone me. It's now a week later and still nothing. It is pretty obvious that Nu Metro are only interested in your money and not providing a service! Never again!
