I called in this morning trying to understand why my dstv is suspended when I paid already. Evelyn told me that I am liable for reconnection fee cos it's late payment. Since there was a problem with my account due to none payment why the didn't they lock it on the 3rd and instead wait for me to pay THEN discontinue my services?? To top it all off these you find in the call centre have a tendency of feeding customers wrong info. I was told that they don't support my bank for debit orders. Next time I was told to register my details on the website if I want a debit order. The other time I was told I was going to receive a call for my decoder to be insured. That never happend! What makes this whole DSTV experience most appalling is the fact that everytime you call the call centre you hold 20-30 minutes or more! Lats time I spent over R150 worth of airtime trying to get someone to help me with the signal. I had to go and pay someone R300 to help me with the signal of the dish. So now these people will carry on about reconnection fees when they don't re-imburse you for the airtime you use trying to get them to do their JOB!! It's exasperating and unfair! Wish they had compet
