Bad Bad service

I was at stones boksburg last night 7 June 2013, yes it was their opening night but thats no excuse for the bad service given by the bartenders. If they knew it was gonna be so busy they should've employed more even if it was just for last night. Not only did they not serve customers, they served people who just arrived and didnt help the people who had waited for 10-15minutes already, they just ignored them whilst joking about 30 people including me waited for service. If they expect this to be a succesful business reopening they best change their work ethic or employ more staff. Pathetic
