Well done DSTV, once again you have debited my account after I cancelled services and yes I have all of the references that your incompetent call center agents have given me! On the 2nd of May calling in to once again request to be refunded money that your "automated system" took after I cancelled and being promised again that I will be refunded. I am now on hold for 15 minutes waiting for Keabetswe your agent to try and rectify this situation. I have however been told that I have to wait 7 working days for it to be sorted out when it was your mistake to take the money and when asking why it hasn't been refunded your agent told me that it was rejected due to the "other" agents putting incorrect amounts in. Its not rocket science how is it even possible to it up so badly if you take R720 off my account you put R720 back. I am still on hold waiting for your coward of a supervisor to take this call which is clearly not going to happen so I am going to report this service as this is clearly against the Customer Protection Act.
