I am disgusted at the customer service received from multichoice, they double debited my account in May and after me sending through my bank statement to Tshepiso Mazibuko who promised me that this would be resolved in 7 days time, to date the last communication received from her was on the 04/06/2013. I have since then sent through two mails requesting feedback also wanting my debit order arrangement cancelled but to date nothing.
I am now sitting with a situation where my account will be debited again in June when I am still waiting to be refunded for last month.
It seems that they cannot figure out why they double debited me. All I want is feedback or my cash refunded as they have inconvenienced me as well as confirmation of my cancelled debit order, is that so much to ask?
I cant get hold of ayone that can help me, I have called the call centre again and get told the same thing over again, and conveniently nobody can put me through to Tshepiso Mazibuko.
