BIKINI ORDERED IN OCT, NO DEL - REFUSAL TO REFUND

I ordered a bikini in October. R720. In December I was still waiting and complained. As I explained I needed this for my honeymoon, they sent me a (gift) bikini while I wait for my original one. I used the bottoms but never used the top as it was way to big. Since then I have been asking to be refunded and have offered to send their "gift" back. They keep saying they have done the refund (when I threaten to complain) but after several promises there is still no refund. They have asked for their "gift" back and I have said that I will gladly post it once I see the money has been refunded. He promised the refund was done last week Thursday and when I asked for a proof of payment he said "sure" and I haven't heard from him since. I have been chasing this for 6 months now and I don't feel this is fair as I am left with an item that I will never wear and I am out of pocket for R720.
