Numetro was offline and blamed telkom. No loyalty cards worked because of this. I complained at the supervisor about the fact that I have to pay the full ticket price which is unfair because why should a customer be penilased if their system is faulty.she was not willing to make an alternative plan or to process a manual discount. She just said it is out of her hands and can do nothing to rectify the situation. Either I pay full price or I do not watch a movie. This is absolutely pathetic that there is no procedure in place should a system be offline!
