Terrible service

Either MTN should fire their IT staff or have a chat to the branches. In the past week I have visited 3 branches to have a simple query about my account answered. Every time I have eventually reached the desk I am told they could assist but the system is offline. Every time it's offline, if I owned Mtn I would be rather concerned about the fact that I could not be making sales due to an offline system..
What really gets me is while waiting the persons in line ahead of me are gaining airtime, doing SIM swaps and even completing upgrades on their contract. Surly the account system and the upgrade system or the airtime system must be the same and therefore I believe the staff is simply lazy and use the good old offline excuse so they do not have to work..
I originally was looking to perform an upgrade, now I will be looking for contract cancellation instead.
