Standard Has the worst customer service eve

I have been waiting for my contract to be drafted since last week friday . each time when i call them they keep telling me their system are offline, i mean really now, How can a big company like standard bank be offline for more than 2 days when they have so many customers to serve. To me it doesn't make. I can understand being offline for a couple of hours but more than 2 days, that is totally unacceptable and disgusting. I'm changing my bank, i'm moving to FNB or Capitec. To with standard Bank and their Systems which are always offline.
