IT ALL STARTED WHEN THE SMART CARDS WERE INTRODUCED, FOR SOMEONE LIKE ME WHO WORKS FAR FROM THE LOADING STATIONS IT'S HAD FOR TO LOAD THE SMART CARD BECAUSE I HAVE TO WALK 1.8KM FROM NO.20 DE KORTE STREET TO JOHANNESBURG PARK STATION OR JOHANNESBURG THEATER THAT'S THE CLOSEST PLACE WE CAN LOAD THE SMART CARDS AND MOST OF THE TIME THE SYSTEMS ARE OFFLINE AND I CAN NOT LOAD THE SMART CARDS, SO WHEN I HAVE TO GO BACK HOME THE DRIVERS ARE RUDE THEY DON'T LET US INTO THE BUS EVEN IF WE TELL THEM THAT THE SYSTEMS ARE OFFLINE AND WE COULDN'T LOAD THE SMART CARD THEY REFUSE TO LET US IN THE BUS, SO WHAT I WANT TO KNOW IS WHY DO WE HAVE TO SUFFER AS CUSTOMERS CAUSE WE PAY FOR THE SERVICE AND WE ARE ALSO CHARGED LOADING FEES WE EXPECT THINGS TO BE RUNNING EFFICIENT. HOW CAN WE LOAD THE SMART CARDS IF MOST OF THE STATIONS ARE OFFLINE AND WHY CAN'T WE LOAD THE SMART CARDS AT ABSA AND THE CALL CENTER IS USELESS I'VE CALLED THEM A NUMBER OF TIMES AND NOT EVEN ONCE HAVE I EVER BEEN GIVEN A STRAIGHT ANSWER.
