Last night there was a cinema full of people waiting to watch a special screening on Fast and Furious 6. So we dealt with the boring speech from some lady and some guy who she assumed everyone knew..eventually the movie began. Disgusting picture quality and disgusting sound quality. Every thing was PINK. The movie kept stalling and eventually after wasting an hour of my time they announced that they would refund everyone. Another lie. They gave us these little vouchers that expire in two weeks and promised that refreshments would also be free when we use them. What utter. The voucher says nothing about refreshments. I was appalled at the poor management and poor planning of these idiotic people. I woke up this morning even more furious than I was last night. People took the time to go out and watch the movie even though it is a work day today! Are we going to be refunded for fuel and time as well??? I highly doubt it. I will most definitely be going to Nu Metro from now on. Never had this issue with them. The people who appoint management staff for Ster Kinekor need to get a wake up call or outsource to a recruitment agency to find some COMPETENT staff.
