Had to pay more than price on tag

Good day

I visited a Jet store in Secunda on Saterday and wanted to buy shoes: the product was grey daisy cut out shoes, 2106005067456. The price tag attached to the shoes said the price was R 59, 99, but when I went to the counter to pay I had to pay 69, 99. I questioned the lady behind the counter about this error but then she told me the price tag is wrong and I must pay what their system says the price is.

I feel this is unfair. The price on the tag is the amount I as customer must pay. I would appreciate it if Jet can rectify this and if they can make sure that the price tags on products corrosponds with their system.
