I had a situatiuon where they disconected my account. They told me i owed a certain amount of money.i paid it as i came back from holiay then (this being that my fasmily can view while i rectify this situation) thinking it will be easy - i will show them proof of payment and then i will be credited with the amount due to me. Ive been through so many call centre resources, none helping, and then got 2missed calss from customer care - she did not know that she was still connected &said its not her porblem if i owe money & doesnt pick up the phone..that is utter disgust & insulting! She didnt bother to leave any contact details for me on who to call (i figured it was multichoice as i was in dealings with them and called) They have sent me an email stateing that my account is fine and settled - what about the amount that i have paid, that ive sent proof of payment of months ive paid? I cannot get hold of a reliable person and never mind having to go through this hidious process of what they call centre! My entire family uses DSTV and im of good mind to have them cancel - as well as those asking me advice i ahve told to not go that route and spread the word. I pay for a service and i expect service
