Rudely Dismissed/No client Service

After many many years of being a dstv subscriber, i am so disapointed and disgusted with the utmost worst service and rudeness of the people who are supposed to help the consumer! I have been so rudely treated today after trying on numberous occations to rectify our debit order details, still the debit order does not run and my account has been disconected so many times and for days/weeks at a time yet they still expect full payment for the account, so this being said I contacted them requesting my account t b re-connected and to make arrangement to pay the full out standing amount, there was absolutely no compasion or understanding for the situation, this women refused point blank to connect my account and she didnt care to make payment arrangement at all, not to mention the fact that she didnt care to update my debit order details!!! I am so angry and sadened by the so called customer servise! I have a good mind to disconect my dstv for good!! Dstv /Multichoice dont care about the Consumer they only care about Money!!
