My account has been inactive for a few months, so on Saturday I called the contact centre to assist me to reactivate my account.
I was given your ASBA banking details and an ETF payment was made immediately. I mailed the proof of payment to [Email Removed]
I have since called the contact centre on several occasions to confirm why hasn't my DSTV been reconnected. Every time I had to hold on for 10 to 15min to speak to a consultant, RIDICULOUS!!
I was informed that the payment hasn't been allocated as yet, as they have a back log.
YOUR BACK LOG HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ME. YOU GET MY ACCOUNT ACTIVATED OR KINLDY TRANSFER THE MONEY BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT AS YOU ARE CLEALRY NOT INTRESTEAD
IN MY PATRONAGE, I WILL GLADLY GO TO TOP TV. I HAVE PAID FOR A SERVICE THAT I AM CURRENTLEY NOT ENJOYING.
My customer number is 87697062 and I utilized my name and surname as reference and not my customer number. I paid an amount of R586-13.
Very unhappy with the service that I have since received from your contact centre staff?
