Good day
I have paid my Dstv Account on the 3rd of January almost a month ago, of an amount of R850.00.I have made calls to your call centre and still this payment is not reflecting on my account. I have fax proof of payment, I have called over and over and over to the call centre and still this is not resolved. I came home yesterday from work to find my dstv cut off once again. I called the call centre and requested to speak to a manager / supervisor; she was in a meeting so the lady at the call centre said that she would call me after her meeting. They reconnected me and after the call my dstv was once again disconnected and payment not allocated to my account. Nobody has called me or reply to my emails. Please could someone call me in regards to this mess!! I have spent lots of airtime and emails about this and simply cannot afford to keep calling about this as you keep a person on hold for 15 min at a time. My nr 0828215939. I am frustrated to the point that I have just no alternative as to seek legal advice.
