27 August 2012 i decided to re-activate my DSTV, i mistakenly swapped my Own reference with the recipients reference and instead of referencing my Customer Number i simply put Compact Package when making payment of R260. I immediately called the call centre and told them about this and the call centre agent advised me to email the proof of payment to their address and they will send it to the relevant people. In the meantime i activated the Debit order option and on the 1st of October R273 was debited from my account, which included pro-rata for August. a few days later i got a voice message from a Peter guy asking me to Fax the Proof of payment, which i did. Up to this day the money hasn't been credited into my account nor have i gotten a refund. I have called the call centre on many occasion to get this resolved and each time i am asked to either Fax or Email the proof of payment and each time nothing happens and no-one bothers to give me feedback. I have asked on many occasions to be referred to someone in accounts and i have been refused that too, i am starting to think there is no accounts department at Multichoice. I sent the proof of payment AGAIN on the 11/01/2013! mxm
