I called your call centre to migrate to easy view package as I was going away for December. The consultant informed me of the new amoun when she migrated me and informed me to pay R37-00. I got home yesterday afternoon and found my DSTV suspended. I called the call centre and expected that having call centre consultants I could be assisted, due to the human factor the consultant could understand but to my surprise the consultant that assisted me was totally refusing to understand and clearly didn't care if I remained as a customer or not which to me is really sad. I have never defaulted on my DSTV payment. I refuse to pay the reconnection fee. I expect DSTV to be a liitle bit reasonable, my last months bill was R558, and i paid without any question like I have always done, now yourl suspend my service for R37-00 . That to me is totally unacceptable. I expect my DSTv to be reconnected and then only will I pay outstanding amount of R37-00. Its a principle thing to me and failure for us to reach consensus on this matter you are more then welcome to come and collect the Decoder, Dish and Smartcard, all which I paid for. I cannot do buisness with people who don't care about their custome
