No Reception for 7 days

We have logged a fault with Multichoice on 30 April 2013 due to our reception on our MNet being aweful. The lady on the helpdesk went though some steps to change the channel to 31. After this change, we had no reception at all. The lady advised that they will send a technician out in 2 days time. 2 Days later, we called again and was told the fault was logged on the 1st and a technician will be by us on the 3rd May 2013. 6 May we called again and was told that a signal is sent to the decoder (which did nothing), and a technician will still attend to the problem. In the meantime, payment was made for services that is currently not be delivered. I do feel that this is very bad service from Multichoice, and is now at a stage where a credit for the downtime will be requested from Multichoice. Tomorrow will be 8 days without service or any kind of response from MNet, so calls, no emails, no sms's, nothing. MR le Roux.
