BAD SERVICE FROM MNET

Our MNet became destorted after the switch over as result of the Cape TV channel story. We had little reception to MNet for 13 days and then absolutely nothing! This, after they called initially and sent out a so-called professional to tune our decoder in preparation of this, which was the 17th of July.
We phoned the call centre on 8 August 2013, but no change was apparent after resetting and tuning both the decoder and TV whilst the agent guided me on the phone. He said to ring technical who is not available on Public Holidays-the 9th was a Pub. Hol. So, after the whole long weekend without Mnet, we rang back on the following week.
The person said the call had to be escalated and gave me a number for technical. We phoned them and they said an installer will ring us on Friday and come out-surprise, surprise, no one phoned or visited. Another
weekend without MNet.

Today, 20 Aug, we rang again, they gave us JHB number which was incorrect. Phoned again and asked for a supervisor, was told she is on a call and will ring back - this was about 19:00. It is now 21:05 and still nothing.

Pathetic!!! I am paying for a service and not getting any!
