No MNet reception

I subscribe to MNet as well as a certain DSTV bouquet which does not include MNet. At the end of every month I have no MNet reception for a couple of days, despite the fact that both accounts are paid by debit order. When I phone their call centre, I am told that I am anything from caller no 45 to 83. I cannot afford to hold the line until 82 customers' complaints have been solved. On two occassions I did wait and was told that there is a fault with the tower (not true, my neighbour had reception) or I had to re-set my TV, which took ages and made no difference. I have no reception today and I am really fed-up. If this happens again, I will certainly cancel my subscription.
