THE WORST CALL CENTRE EVER!!!

When ever I have called this call centre I have wasted at least R40 airtime just holding and listening to all the recorded messages before you can even speak to a consultant this is so annoying and something really needs to be done about it. There should be an option immediately that you can press to go striaght to the operator!!
