Poor Service Mnet

Since Mnet started with their so called terrestrial service I have been experiencing problems with the mnet signal. The signal simply dissappear for 3 or 4 days and when it does come on I receive the picture with no sound. This has been going on since October 2013. I had my decoder and antennae tested and there is nothing wrong. At times I have perfect reception for a few hours and then the signal disappears again. Numerous phone calls and e-mails were of no avail and the standard answer is that the matter will be referred to their technical dept but thereafter no feedback or follow up. In the meantime I am paying for a service I enjoy 2 or 3 days per month. I get the impression Mnet is simply not interested in customer service and are trying to force subscribers to rather subscribe to Dstv in which I am not interested in.
