I have a Comcrypt 4000 Mnet decoder which I have been using for years, with a professional aerial installation. I have gotten used to the E3 and E4 errors during this time, but lately have been unable to view the CSN channel at all, as well as the Mnet channel being regularly interrupted with this error.

I contacted their calldesk today, and I am sorry to say that the person who dealt with my call was of no assistance to me. The only suggestions she had as to what may be the problem was to switch the TV off and back on, then switch the decoder off and back on.

I decided to cancel my subscription today, after years of being subscribed, as there is no point in paying for something you don't receive.
