My salary was not paid in as per usual on the Friday and I saw that my DSTV debit order didn't go through on the 27th of the month and immediately called the call center and maid arrangements for the debit order to go of on Monday (this was Saturday) the friendly lady said that it would not be a problem and that she would make the necessary changes. I made a point of asking her if they are going to disconnect my DSTV and she said no. (please listen to those recordings for quality purposes) Today I came home and my DSTV was switched off!! I called the call center again and they informed me that I had to pay R50 extra for a reconnection fee and then my call to them also lasted 15 minutes... why was I not informed to do a manual payment the Saterday? I would have done so! or even the Monday!! Now I have to sit red faced in front of my family! This is not on DSTV
