Poor service delivery

I down graded my contract yesterday. The call centre assured me that if i pay my services will resume. I paid yesterday, but until now Friday 1 pm i am still off line. I tried to call last night but my airtime of R20 was all consumed while in the waiting queue. This is bad service, a day must be accredited to my account, since you make us to pay for each day of viewing.
