Big mistake made with my account

Multichoice debited my account with R3650.82 this month for no reason.
I spoke to a very friendly consultant at the call center who said the account will be fixed.
This is not the first time I speak to MC about my account. (refer to CASE NUMBER : 3305340) I had issues in the past with services added on to my account, then reversed a couple of times a day and several days during the month. At the end the account is no cluttered with services you cannot figure out what is legitimate and what is not.
This is what happened on my account:
1) I initially had a SDPVR with PVR service.
2) I then replaced it with a HDPVR late last year.
3) After repairing my SDPVR I used it as an extraview decoder along with the new HDPVR.
4) I then replaced the SDPVR with a HDPVR in this extraview setup.
5) I sold the SDPVR last month and took the decoder and smart card of my name.

So I only have a HDPVR HDPVR in extraview setup with PVR functionality. I don't have any more decoders or Walkas.

Please get my account sorted out once and for all and please try to not mess it up again in future.
I would also appreciate a detailed explanation as to what went wrong on my account in the last two months.
