DSTV'S call centre is useless.

ERROR MESSAGE ON SCREEN:
'connection to the DSTV signal is lost. Do not switch off your decoder. The decoder will attempt to re-establish connection. Should the problem persist contact our call centre.'

I am residing in Midrand and received this error for more then a week now. I called the call centre and as per usual they direct me to disconnect the decoder and switch off the machine. Still nothing happens and I call them back.
They now advise the machine must be faulty even though i've only had it for 2 months and it is now my duty to take it to an installer to repair or replace. After 7 minutes on the phone with the agent i finally get one in Carlswald. Now i am saddled with the responsibility to go in and ask someone at AERIAL to sort their mess out, while they just keep on saying they are sorry.
The last call's referrence number was: 136228785 - Given Ndlovu and my opinion is that DSTV should rather employ technicians that can go out and assist their customers in these circumstances because it is highly unprofessional and worrysome to find a supplier advising a client to go to a third party to fix his product.

Very dissappointed in DSTV.
