Standard Elec being passed to my account

On 7/1/12 I queried my elecricity bill with Nick, as i fel that there was something wrong with the amount as it was higher than winter bills, my geyser is alway of I stay alone. He emailed the statement, I discover that an amount of R90.55 has been added to my bill, i only pay for the usage not the standard whic is for the owners account, he ahs been sending mr from pillar to post as my invoice sent month show the one amount as if is my full usage, so I have been over charged with the R90.55 for six months, I never singed to have extra electricity being charged. I view this as a charge as it has been hidden when I am being sent invoices. The reason why i discovered this its because he sent me the satement which is for the owner. I am demading my refund of R543.30 plus interest.
