Overcharged for Wifi data despite not using wifi

I laid a compliant with MTN in April for 2 things. Firstly for the incorrect amount I was charged per MB above my data bundles. I am supposed to be charged 19c but they have been charging me 29c per MB. I raised this with a guy called Karabo and since April he has been waiting for his manager Mongezi to sort it out till today. Baffles me what is so difficult to sort out

Secondly I raised a query about the data usage. After upgrading, my bill moved from an average of 200-300 per month to R1800. I queried the usage and asked for the sites they claim I have visited with no success. I stopped using my wifi and to my surprise I am still getting bills averaging R800 a month and now my bill is R1200 for wifi data usage I hardly used. I have been trying to get clarity from MTN why I am being charged for data I haven't used with no success. I asked that they convert to top-up, still no success. It's either there is something wrong with the system charging incorrect account or there is something going on or MTN is just ripping customers off! I don't want this contract anymore, I don't even trust MTN cos they don't do anything about complaints! Their customer service!!!
