I have been renting a house through Just Letting for the past year and have had to query the billing and invoices I receive on more than one occasion. I find myself being charged for a water bill's months later and have recently received invoices with amounts that vary. This cannot be an ideal situation to have to go through as I am renting the property and am often confused by the amounts charged. I was sent a ledger account recently that showed being credited and debited amounts that when queried, could not be explained. The fact that the water bill comes only months later increases the rental amount so there are instances when I pay the invoiced amount and get told that I short paid the invoice the next month.
I have also had numerous maintenance with them, ranging from the house not being cleaned when we first moved in (despite assurances from Just Letting as well as the owners of the house that it will be cleaned) to a leaky ceiling, a bedroom window that hasn't been fixed as well as issues with the alarm service.
This really is frustrating as I'm sure anyone can understand. Just Letting needs to review their billing system as soon as possible.
