Apartmentbox steals deposits

Just to inform the public before renting through apartment box that they will never get the full return of their deposit. They will make some excuse just to keep a portion of the deposit. I had my key handover inspection done last Friday. I signed the inspection handover report together with the inspector. Only thing outstanding was 3 holes i made to move the curtain railing up by 10cm.

A week later I am told that the apartment was not cleaned according to the inspectors standard. They then say that the inspectors doesn't write all those comments on his assessment form. So basically they look for some way to hold back a portion of the deposit. Just a warning to all those entering into agreement with apartment box... Dont expect your full deposit back no matter how outstanding the property is when you return it.
